Product Description

DYWI-Grout TX is a pumpable, thixotropic cementitious grout designed for encapsulating cable bolts in underground environments where top-down grouting is required.

DYWIDAG has partnered with Crosbe® to develop innovative grouts for the mining industry. Designed for top-down grouting of cable bolts, DYWI-Grout TX is a
low carbon alternative to traditional grouts and is classified as Non-Hazardous with respect to Respirable Crystalline Silica.

  • Classified as Non-Hazardous for Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) as it contains less than 0.1% RCS.
  • High-strength cable bolting grout which continues to develop substantial strength (>90 MPa) beyond 28 days when compared to traditional Portland cement- based grouts.
  • A sustainable alternative to currently available grouts with 40% less carbon and using recycled materials.
  • Maximum exothermic reaction temperature of 35°C.
  • Strength development is not influenced by fluctuations in water temperature.
